Story
My daughter Macy has passed away from a catastrophic brain bleed at age 33. Our family feels completely destroyed. She was my best friend. This came so unexpected. She came to our house Friday evening to pick up her five year-old son after leaving work. She was there about 30 minutes, sat down and was feeling dizzy. She complained about her vision and not being able to see right, then 10 minutes later was delusional and couldn’t see. We called 911. She was alert for maybe 10 minutes, until right after the paramedics arrived. She was unresponsive by the time they got her in the ambulance. I followed them to the hospital and for two hours they wouldn’t tell me anything. Until the ER doctor came out and said they found the catastrophic brain bleed about 2/3 the size of the left side of her brain. By the next morning, she had no brain activity. We are going to have her organs donated. Her honor walk and flag raising ceremony will be tomorrow, Tuesday evening at 3 PM and 6 PM at Texas Harris Methodist in Fort Worth. Funeral arrangements will be announced soon. We are trying to arrange for this Friday or Saturday. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers in advance. We are asking for you to just contribute what you can please. Her wish was to be buried and not cremated. Your prayers means so much to our family.
